Mitchell Healey

Mitchell has five years of experience in financial markets with expertise across portfolio management and financial planning. He joined AZ Sestante in January 2025 and plays a key role in managing the firm’s multi-asset model portfolios, in addition to contributing to investment committees and the firm’s manager research function. Mitchell holds a Master of Financial Planning and successfully completed Level I of the CFA exam in 2024.

Prior to joining AZ Sestante, Mitchell worked as a consultant with Evergreen to manage SMA portfolios and as a paraplanner supporting financial advisers. Before entering financial services, he served as a commissioned officer in the Australian Army, holding the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Australian Infantry Corps.
