AZ Sestante is pleased to announce the appointment of Vilma Attanasio as Director of Sales & Distribution.
Vilma brings extensive experience across financial services, including leadership roles in insurance, wealth management and investment platforms. She has a proven track record in national distribution strategies, strengthening intermediary and licensee partnerships, and delivering strong commercial growth across diverse markets
Throughout her career, Vilma has led multi-state distribution teams, contributed to major digital and customer experience uplift programs, enterprise transformation and supported organisations through significant regulatory and market change including most recently as Regional Manager WA SA & NT at Zurich Financial Services Australia. She is recognised for her ability to build trusted relationships, elevate adviser engagement, and drive sustainable business outcomes.
Vilma also serves as Deputy Chair in the mental health sector, contributing expertise across risk, finance, and strategic governance.
In her new role, Vilma will lead AZ Sestante’s Australian distribution strategy, expand national partnerships, and support the continued growth of Sestante.
